in a Mecca of Culinary Accomplishment, 
I still remember the trials & tribulations of being a kid 
growing up learning how to cook pies & cookies & Lasagna & Cheesecake. In my Mom’s or Grandma’s kitchens. Yummy times.
It is the joy of learning to cook, the mirth of music as one dances, the duel of words that haunt the stage with generations of stories. 
It is the food we eat, the words we say, that shapes our future. 
And at C.A.T.S. we revel in the classical drama that is the original building blocks of Western Story Telling. The C.A.T.S. on Parade. A Celebration of Story Telling and the food that gets us there. Shakespeare. Moliere. Chekhov. And food.
